The company will not disclose the refresh cadence, but engineers familiar with the stack say the loop runs under five seconds on a Pixel 6, faster than most drivers notice a bar of charge disappear.

Early testers report the software is ruthless with optimism. On a 380-mile Denver–Moab run in a 77 kWh VW ID.4, the planner scheduled a single 18-minute stop at 104 kW in Glenwood Springs—precisely the time needed to sip 46 % and arrive at the motel with 11 % in reserve.
