The call went out through an announcement by Andrea Stroppa, a close collaborator of Musk's, who shared the job posting on social media.

Applicants must possess professional expertise in evaluating images and videos, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling. They'll spend their days proofing photos, videos, 3D renders, and design files, then translating their insights into actionable instructions for the AI.

This work involves describing what appears in the image, identifying relevant details, assessing the composition, detecting errors, comparing alternatives, and selecting the best output and why. All this input – labels, comments, and evaluations – feeds into Grok's training, helping it learn not just what's in a picture but also the cultural context and nuances that make it effective.
