Camera differentiation is equally surgical. The A57 gets a 50 MP main, 12 MP ultra-wide and 5 MP macro; the A37 swaps the ultra-wide for an 8 MP sensor. Both selfie modules are 12 MP, enough to keep Instagram compression happy but nowhere near the 200 MP chest-thumping on the S Ultra line.

Wall Street analysts expect the pair to account for 38 % of Samsung’s 2026 handset volume. The S26 family may grab the headlines, but these plastic-backed workhorses pay the rent. If Samsung keeps the price delta under 10 %, it can own the ₹25-40 k corridor; if it overshoots, consumers will simply buy discounted S24FE units six weeks later.
The clock starts at 8 am ET on Tuesday. Samsung will live-stream the Delhi event, and pre-orders open immediately after. Carriers in India are already stocking silicone cases in mango yellow and lavender—subtle confirmation that the color palette leaked by Evan Blass was spot-on. The only remaining mystery is whether Samsung will eat the tariff hike or pass it on. Either way, the mid-range battlefield just got a fresh coat of paint and a six-year warranty.
