Since the beginning of the year, inspections at testing centers in Logroño and Calahorra have identified a total of 20 individuals – hailing from China, Spain, India, Morocco, Pakistan, Portugal, and Senegal – attempting to obtain or regain their driving licenses through fraudulent means. These individuals, residing across nine different Spanish provinces, reportedly paid between €1,300 and €2,500 to secure this illicit advantage.
